Participant Cost: £295 (£250.75 concession rate)

Sketch at Blanche Improv

What to expect from the course: Learn the fundamentals of sketch writing, stage craft and sketch performance.

  • Working in a Writers Room environment

  • Jokes, monologues, blackouts

  • Different types of full length sketches

  • Punching up a sketch

  • Sketch show structure

  • Casting and performing in a sketch show

By the end of this course, students will have learned the skills to write a variety of sketches and have the opportunity to perform the best of their material.

There will be a maximum of 8 participants in this course.

Blanche asks everyone in the Blanche Improv community to follow her Code of Conduct and students are required to abide by the Student Agreement.

Who is this course best suited to: Anyone who loves comedy and wants to develop their writing skills in a fun, collaborative environment!! This is an intro level course, so no experience is required to take part.
