‘Serious acting’ meets improv! Actors diligently learn their lines and improvisers jump on stage to perform with them, having no idea what play they’re in!

Casting Requirements: To be an improviser on this show, you need a strong understanding of long from improv and be a very generous player. To be an actor, you need to feel very comfortable cold reading and learning scripts. All players are expected to train both scripted and non-scripted sides of the show. This show is best suited to experienced players.

This show is based on the Short Form game 'The Actor’s Nightmare’ and the UCB show ‘Gravid Water’. Blanche is grateful to all the artists who created and refined the format so she could go on to do this show.
